Each keepsake is individually hand-finished in our Netherlands studio. Clay and wood pieces typically take 3 to 5 business days to dry, engrave, and soft-wrap before shipment.

Every gift is soft-wrapped in delicate tissue and tucked safely into a sturdy box, ensuring it arrives ready to be treasured.

Depending on how you use our website or contact us, we may process information including:

• Personalisation information supplied for your order;

• Messages, emails or WhatsApp communications you send to us;

• Information necessary to handle questions, complaints, returns or delivery issues;

• Technical information that may automatically be processed when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser information and cookie information.

You do not need to create a customer account to order from Arynzo.

3. Personalisation information

Many Arynzo products are personalised. When you order a personalised product, you may provide information such as a name, date, wording, message, photograph, design choice or other information required to create your product.

We use this information only as necessary to prepare, personalise, produce and fulfil your order, unless another purpose has been clearly explained to you.

Please only provide personal information that is necessary for the personalisation of your product.

If you provide personal information about another person — for example, a child's name for a personalised gift — you are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to provide that information to us.

4. Why do we process your personal data?

We may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Processing and fulfilling your order
We use your information to receive your order, create and personalise your products, process your payment and fulfil our agreement with you.

Delivery
We use the necessary delivery information to prepare and ship your order and provide relevant information to our delivery provider.

Customer service
We use your contact details and communications to answer questions, provide assistance, handle complaints and resolve problems relating to an order.

Payments
Payment information is processed as necessary to complete your purchase. Depending on the payment method selected, relevant information may also be processed by the payment service provider involved in the transaction.

Arynzo currently accepts payments including iDEAL and supported debit and credit cards.

Legal and administrative obligations
We process and retain certain information where this is necessary to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Website operation and security
Certain technical information may be processed to operate, maintain and secure our website and to detect or prevent misuse.

5. Legal grounds for processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG), personal data must be processed on an appropriate legal basis.

Depending on the situation, Arynzo processes personal data because:

• It is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement with you, such as processing and delivering your order;

• We are legally required to process or retain certain information, including information required for our financial and tax administration;

• We have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting our business and providing customer service, where your privacy interests do not outweigh that interest; or

• You have given consent, where consent is legally required.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully took place before consent was withdrawn.

6. Payments

When you make a payment through our website, information necessary to process the transaction may be shared with the relevant payment provider, bank or card network.

Arynzo does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card details in order to fulfil your order where these are handled securely by the applicable payment provider.

7. Delivery

Arynzo currently uses DHL for delivery.

When necessary to deliver your order, we may provide DHL with information such as:

• Your name;

• Delivery address;

• Email address and/or telephone number where required for delivery notifications; and

• Other information reasonably necessary to deliver or track your parcel.

Delivery providers may process this information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

8. Website hosting and service providers

Our website is operated using services provided by Hostinger.

We may also use third-party service providers where necessary for website hosting, payment processing, delivery, administration, security and other services required to operate Arynzo.

These service providers only receive information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

Where required, Arynzo takes appropriate measures regarding organisations that process personal data on our behalf.

9. How long do we keep your information?

We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.

Information forming part of Arynzo's financial and tax administration may generally be retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax administration requirements.

Other information, such as customer-service correspondence and personalisation materials, will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the order, resolve any issue, establish or defend legal claims, or meet another legitimate or legal requirement.

Where personalised artwork, photographs or other customer-supplied materials are no longer reasonably required, we may delete them.

10. Children and personalised gifts

Arynzo sells gifts and keepsakes that may be intended for babies and children. However, our webshop is intended for purchases made by adults.

Information about a child may sometimes be supplied by an adult for the purpose of creating a personalised product, such as a child's first name or birth information.

We process such information only as necessary to create and fulfil the requested personalised product and do not intentionally collect personal data directly from children for the purpose of allowing them to purchase through our webshop.

We encourage customers not to provide more information about a child than is necessary for the requested personalisation.

11. Sharing your personal data

Arynzo does not sell your personal data.

We may share personal information where necessary with organisations involved in providing our services, such as:

• Our website hosting/service provider;

• Payment service providers and financial institutions;

• DHL or another delivery provider where applicable;

• Professional advisers or administration providers where necessary;

• Government authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We only share information where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

Some technology or service providers may process information outside the Netherlands or European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer is permitted under applicable data-protection law and that appropriate safeguards are used where required.

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch data-protection supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
