Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to complimentary discount vouchers, scratch-card rewards and other promotional vouchers issued directly by Arynzo, including First Order Thank You rewards and Surprise Loyalty rewards.

1. Complimentary Rewards

Arynzo vouchers may occasionally be included with an order as a complimentary thank-you or surprise for our customers.

The issue of a voucher with one order does not guarantee that a voucher, discount or other reward will be included with any future order.

2. Using Your Voucher

Each voucher is valid for one use only and may be redeemed on a future eligible Arynzo order using the unique discount code provided.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the voucher:

  • there is no minimum order value;

  • there is no expiry date;

  • only one voucher may be used per order; and

  • vouchers cannot be combined with another voucher or discount code on the same order.

The voucher must be entered during checkout. A discount cannot normally be applied retrospectively once an order has been completed.

3. Personal and Non-Transferable

Vouchers are issued as a personal thank-you to the customer who receives them and are not transferable to another person.

Vouchers may not be sold, traded, reproduced or otherwise distributed for commercial purposes.

4. No Cash Value

Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

No cash or credit will be provided for any unused portion of a voucher.

Where the value of a fixed-value voucher exceeds the value of the eligible purchase, any unused balance will not be carried forward unless Arynzo has specifically stated otherwise.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Where an order purchased using a voucher is cancelled or refunded, the amount refunded will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer.

The voucher or discount used for that order does not have a cash value and is not automatically replaced or reissued following a cancellation, return or refund.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

6. Lost or Misused Vouchers

Customers are responsible for keeping their voucher and unique discount code secure.

Arynzo cannot guarantee replacement of a voucher or code that has been lost, shared, copied or used by another person.

Arynzo reserves the right to refuse or deactivate a voucher where we reasonably believe it has been duplicated, altered, obtained improperly, used fraudulently or otherwise misused.

7. Availability and Changes

First Order Thank You rewards, Surprise Loyalty rewards and other complimentary vouchers are discretionary Arynzo gifts and are not guaranteed with any particular order or number of purchases.

Arynzo may change, pause or discontinue the issuing of future complimentary vouchers at any time.

This will not remove the validity of an already-issued voucher that remains valid under these terms, unless the voucher has been obtained or used fraudulently or unlawfully.
